At Innov8 Wholesale, our minimum order quantity varies by product category, but generally starts at 10 units per SKU to qualify for bulk pricing tiers.
How long does shipping take for bulk electronic orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For international freight or large palletized orders, delivery can range from 7-14 business days depending on customs processing.
Do your electronic products come with a warranty?
Yes, all hardware and electronics sold through Innov8 Wholesale include a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering technical defects and hardware failures.
What payment methods do you accept for high-volume transactions?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. For long-term partners, we also offer net-30 terms subject to credit approval.
What is your return policy for defective merchandise?
We offer a 30-day return window for any items that arrive DOA (Dead on Arrival) or with manufacturing defects. Please contact your account manager to initiate an RMA request.
